Raw Materials Needed
1.Gum Arabic
2.Dried Cassava Starch
3.Zinc Chloride
4.Water
5. Glycerol or Tricethylamine
Machine or Tolls Needed: 1.Boiling pan, Mixer, Tricethylamine
Proceedure
If you want to produce 50kg of office gum for example please follow these process:
1.Dissolve 1.5kg of zinc chloride in 40kg of water
2. Add 10kg of Starch or Gum Arabic
3.Transfer the mixture of what you are boiling until its get to a thicker level of 70 to 75 degrees of viscosity.
4. add 3 kilogram of glycerol to the mixture
5.Mixed properly to get the last result.
