How to produce Germicide

There are several ways by which we can make insecticide, but I will teach only two ways only.

INGREDIENTS

(1)            Pine oil                                        ¼ ltr

(2)            Phenol                                          ¼  ltr

(3)            Texapon                                         ¼ kg

(4)            Carbonic acid                              2 ltrs

(5)            Buster                                          ¼ ltr

(6)            Lyzol                                           ¼ ltr

(7)            concentrate                           10mls

(8)            Whitener                                      As desired

PREPARATION

Step 1 -       Mix ¼ kg of texapon, ¼ liter of pine oil

and ¼liter of phenol thoroughly

Step 2 -       Add 2 liters of carbonic acid to 15 liters of water,

and then mix them together

Step 3 -       Add mixture in step 1 and step 2 together

Step 4 -       Add booster

Step 5 -       Add Iysol

Step 6 -       Add  concentrate

Step 7 -       Add whitener as desired

Step 8 -       Package into desired container

TYPE 2

INGREDIENTS

(1)            Pine oil

(2)            Phenol

(3)            Texapon

(4)            Chlozanol

(5)            Tabalic

(6)            I.P.A

PREPARATION

Step 1 -       Mix ¼ liters of pine oil, ¼ liters of phenol, ¼ liters of texapon together till it dissolves 

Step 2         After it dissolves, add ¼ liter of Chlozanol , mix together

Step 3 -       Add small quantity of tabalic and 2 liters of I.P.A

Step 4 -       Mix them all to dissolve. 

OUR  germicide is ready.
