has been proven that it can be preserved for a longer period of time provided
it is in a powdery form.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Wash the yam tuber very
well, peel the tuber, after peeling, grate it immediately, sieve the powder, and
then pack it in the required size of packaging materials.
Product can last up
to one year if properly packaged.
