HOW TO MAKE POUNDED YAM FLOUR STEP BY STEP GUIDE



INTRODUCTION

Grater, milling machine, drier, weighing scale, sieving machine, polythene nylon bags for packaging

RAW MATERIAL
Yam Tuber

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Wash the yam tuber very well, peel the tuber, after peeling, grate it immediately, sieve the powder, and then pack it in the required size of packaging materials.
Product can last up to one year if properly packaged.
