A Spermatocoele is a benign, cyst-like lump in
the scrotal sac, which is derived from the EPIDIDYMIS and contains sperm
and can be felt externally. Usually some fluid is aspirated from the cyst to
confirm the diagnosis and it is then surgically removed, this being a
relatively minor procedure
